FAQs

How far in advance can I order custom cookies?

I take orders on a quarterly basis to allow for flexibility in my schedule. The cookie books officially open on the second Friday before the start of the new quarter. Ex. If your order is needed for any day in May, the earliest you can place your order is on the second Friday of March.

  • Orders for January, February, and March - Cookie books open on the 2nd Friday of December

  • Orders for April, May, and June - Cookie books open on the 2nd Friday of March

  • Orders for July, August, and September - Cookie books open on the 2nd Friday of June

  • Orders for October, November, and December - Cookie books open on the 2nd Friday of September

Do you ship cookies?

Yes! Each cookie is individually bubble wrapped and will be shipped prior to the order’s due date via Ground Shipping. However, we cannot guarantee there won’t be breakage or shipping delays. Shipping costs vary based on location.

Do you deliver?

Yes, for an additional fee! The delivery fee is calculated based on distance.

Local pick-up is located at zip code 19128.

Are your cookies nut-free?

While our cookie and royal icing recipes don’t have any nuts, they are made in a kitchen that has nuts. Our cookies are made with butter, flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt, and vanilla bean paste. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

What is your cookie design process?

Creative freedom is really important to me as an artist. Sometimes an amazing design idea will come to me in the process of making an order. For that reason, I do not provide or share sketches of cookie sets. Similarly, I will take design inspiration into consideration, but prefer to work with folks who are open to giving me full creative freedom (while of course keeping color schemes, themes, event details, etc. in mind).

If you have a very specific vision of what you’re looking for, we might not be the best fit for each other. And that’s okay! We want your cookie dreams to come true whether that’s with us or another awesome cookier.
